Thank you for allowing us to serve you!

We consider it our mission to earn your confidence with each new order, and to make sure that every cigar we ship reaches you in the same flawless condition and perfect freshness as when it left our humidor. Each box of cigars is sealed airproof in plastic prior to shipping. This ensures perfect conservation of the humidity your cigars. All of our deliveries are guaranteed in quality until arrival. The cigars are shipped in original boxes. On your request it’s possible to send the boxes and cigars separately or to send the cigars without cigar band and in inconspicuous boxes.

Separated shipping is the standard method for the USA en various other countries.

Validity

These Terms and Conditions are valid for all verbal and written offers issued by G. de Graaff, as well as for all orders accepted and executed by G. de Graaff. Your use (accessing, browsing, buying, etc.) of this site is your legal agreement to the policies, terms and conditions below. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country, including exports and re-exports control regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.

Orders

Should an ordered product not be available at the time of delivery, G. de Graaff will inform the customer accordingly by e-mail. G. de Graaff reserves the right to conduct a check on the customer's creditworthiness. By placing an order, the customer agrees that such a check may be carried out.

G. de Graaff reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer is not creditworthy. G. de Graaff reserves the right to limit order quantities for any given product. G. de Graaff s not responsible for paying any taxes to or within any country except The Netherlands. G. de Graaff disclaim liability for wrong delivery due to deficient or wrong data-transmission. Terms and conditions other than G. de Graaff ‘s official terms and conditions on this website are null and void, unless accepted by G. de Graaff in writing.

Prices

Prices are shown in EURO and are subject to change without prior notice. Orders within The Netherlands must be placed in EUROS. EURO prices include excise. All prices as well as these terms and conditions are subject to change until the order is confirmed by G. de Graaff.

Shipping charges within The Netherlands

For deliveries within The Netherlands a postage fee of EURO 6,00 is charged up.

Payment within The Netherlands

Registered customers personally known to us have the choice of payment by invoice, by Credit Card or by Postcard. Invoices are payable net within 10 days from date of invoice. For customers new to G. de Graaff, payment can be made in advance to our postal account 49.52.13.780 t.n.v. G. de Graaff Tobacconist te The Hague, by Credit Card or by charge forward / cash on delivery. We accept Visa and Master Card.

Shipping charges outside of The Netherlands

For deliveries outside The Netherlands a postage fee of EURO 25,00 is charged.

Payment outside of The Netherlands

Payment for orders placed outside of The Netherlands is to be made by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit card payments are processed through SSL with 128 bit encoding and are therefore secure.

Delivery time

Delivery time within The Netherlands is 1 week, and outside of The Netherlands depending on the geographical region.

Data security

Your trust in us is worth a lot, that's why we protect your data. Your data is used solely for the purpose of order processing. We respect your privacy by strictly not making available address data to any third party whatsoever.

Transmission of credit-card data

All credit card transactions made in our web shop are authorised by a licensed third party payment-processing company i.e. your credit card number is not visible to anyone at G. de Graaff. Credit card payments are processed through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with 128 bit encoding and are therefore secure.

Retention of title

All goods supplied by G. de Graaff remain in the sole possession of G. de Graaff, Heulstraat 27, 2514 ER The Hague, The Netherlands, until they are fully paid for.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the web shop owners or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives be liable for direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or indirect damages (including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits), however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not this company has been advised of the possibility of any such damages. You agree that the company's maximum liability arising from any product sold shall not exceed the price of such product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability for certain damages so the above limitations and exclusions

may not apply to you to the extent such jurisdictions law is applicable to this agreement.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

For all supplies and transactions between customer and G. de Graaff within and outside of The Netherlands, as well as for any legal dispute arising from them, and the only applicable law is the law of The Netherlands.
